What you need:
• Coffee filter
• Fine mesh strainer
• Desired amount of plain yogurt
• Small bowl
• Plastic wrap
1. Line strainer with coffee filter. Now place the strainer over the bowl and fill with desired amount of yogurt. Press plastic wrap directly on yogurt.
2. Place strainer in refrigerator to drain the whey from the yogurt overnight.
3. Simple. You’re done!
