No-Bake Double Chocolate Kitchen Sink Cookies

Craving something sweet but don't feel like turning on the oven? These addicting no-bake cookies are loaded with a double-delight of chocolate and just about everything else!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 medium ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place sugar, cocoa, milk, peanut butter, mashed banana, and butter in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture is smooth and slightly simmering. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and oats until mixture forms a dough (dough will be slightly sticky)
  2. With floured hands, roll dough into 1-in balls and place in a parchment paper-lined container. Press mini chocolate chips on top of cookies. Refrigerate cookies 30-45 minutes or until completely firm.

Store cookies in refrigerator up to 1 week. Cookies may also be frozen up to 2 months.
