• 1 cup fresh basil leaves
• 1/2 cup pine nuts (walnuts will work too)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup olive oil
1. In a food processer, pulse first 5 ingredients until ground. Add oil while pulsing constantly and puree until mixture is smooth and combined. Serve on noodles or dish of your choice.
Yield: About 1 cup.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 day. Or in freezer up to 2 months.
