In a large bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch. Spread filling in the bottom of a greased 9x9 baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Pour buttermilk and heavy cream over dry ingredients and gently fold until dough is just combined.
Scoop biscuit topping over blueberry filling and sprinkle additional sugar over top.
Bake cobbler at 350F 40-45 minutes until blueberry filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
Serve cobbler warm with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream scooped over top. Enjoy!
