Blueberry Cobbler

This cobbler features...

- Blueberries - Lemon juice - Granulated sugar - Cornstarch - All-purpose flour

- Baking powder - Salt - Butter - Heavy cream - Buttermilk


In a large bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch. Spread filling in the bottom of a greased 9x9 baking pan.

Make filling


In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.

Assemble topping


Pour buttermilk and heavy cream over dry ingredients and gently fold until dough is just combined.

Mix topping


Scoop biscuit topping over blueberry filling and sprinkle additional sugar over top.

Top filling


Bake cobbler at 350F 40-45 minutes until blueberry filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
