Blueberry Granola Bars

These granola bars are...

- Perfectly soft and chewy. - Loaded with soft blueberries, buttery streusel, and a creamy glaze. - Easy to make and the best grab and go breakfast!

Ingredients

- Oats - Rice cereal - Flaxseed - Almonds - Salt - Honey - Cinnamon

- Coconut oil - Vanilla extract - Dried blueberries - All-purpose flour - Brown sugar - Unsalted butter - Powdered sugar

Combine the dry

In a large bowl, combine oats, cereal, almonds, flaxseed, and salt.

Combine the liquid

In a medium bowl, whisk almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine the two

Fold liquid mixture into dry until dough is just combined. Pat into the bottom of a parchment paper-lined 8x8 pan.

Make the streusel

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until crumbly.

Bake the bars

Sprinkle streusel evenly over bars. Bake bars at 350F 20-25 minutes until edges are a light golden brown. Allow to cool completely on a wire cooling rack.

Make the glaze

Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Top with glaze

Drizzle glaze over cooled granola bars and allow to set 10 minutes.

Slice granola bars
