CARAMELIZED ONION MUSHROOM CHICKEN
1. Caramelize onions over medium heat.
2. Add mushrooms and saute until tender.
3. Combine paprika, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
4. Cut 3/4 of the way through chicken breasts.
5. Rub spice mix over chicken breasts.
6. Fill chicken breasts with filling and Swiss cheese.
7. Sear chicken until browned on both sides.
8. Bake chicken at 375F 15-20 minutes.
