Cherry Panzanella Salad

Ingredients

- Cubed bread (ciabatta or French) - Tomatoes - Cherries - Basil - Olive oil

- White balsamic vinegar - Burrata cheese - Onion powder - Dijon mustard - Honey

Toast the bread cubes

Toss bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and arrange in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake bread cubes at 400F 8-10 minutes until a light golden brown.

Make the vinaigrette
