Cherry Panzanella Salad

This panzanella is...

- Packed with fresh summer tomatoes, cherries, and toasted bread cubes. - Drizzled with a flavorful white balsamic vinaigrette and topped with lots of fresh basil and burrata cheese.


- Cubed bread (ciabatta or French) - Tomatoes - Cherries - Basil - Olive oil

- White balsamic vinegar - Burrata cheese - Onion powder - Dijon mustard - Honey

Toast the bread cubes


Toss bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and arrange in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake bread cubes at 400F 8-10 minutes until a light golden brown.

Make the vinaigrette


In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and onion powder until smooth. Slowly drizzle in olive oil until dressing is combined. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper to taste.

Dress the salad


Combine bread cubes, cherries, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to evenly dress.

Assemble the salad
