- Vegetable oil - Granulated sugar - Eggs - Greek yogurt - 2% milk - Vanilla extract
- All-purpose flour - Cocoa powder - Baking powder - Kosher salt - Semisweet chocolate - Heavy cream
In a large bowl, whisk vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
In separate medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Fold flour mixture into liquid until batter is smooth and just combined.
Fill donut pan with batter. Bake donuts at 350F 10-12 minutes until donuts spring back when lightly touched. Allow to cool in pan 10 minutes.
Heat heavy cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat until steaming. Pour over chopped semisweet chocolate and whisk until chocolate is smooth and melted.
Dip donuts in chocolate ganache and transfer to a cooling rack.
Top donuts with sprinkles if desired and serve. Enjoy!
