Cilantro Lime Grilled Tuna

This grilled tuna is...

- On the table in 30 minutes and only needs a handful of ingredients. - Perfectly cooked to medium-rare and topped with a fresh salsa. - A lovely summer dinner for two.


- Ahi tuna steaks - Tomato - Cilantro - Garlic - Lime - Cucumber

- Olive oil - Avocado

Make the salsa


In a large bowl, combine diced avocado, tomato, cucumber, jalapeno, lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Make the marinade


In a shallow bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the tuna


Coat tuna steaks in marinade and allow to sit 10-15 minutes.

Grill the tuna


Preheat grill. Once heated, grill tuna steaks over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve tuna


Top tuna steaks with lots of fresh salsa and serve immediately.
