Cucumber Avocado Salad

- Garlic - Cucumbers - Green onion - Avocado - Sesame seeds


In a small bowl or jar, whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic until smooth.

Make dressing


Thinly slice cucumbers, dice avocado, and finely chop green onion. Place in a large bowl.

Prep veggies


Drizzle gochujang dressing over vegetables and evenly toss salad to coat.

Season salad with salt and pepper to taste and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
