- Cottage cheese - 2% milk - Cheddar cheese
Cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Sauté broccoli in bacon drippings until crisp-tender. Add garlic and cook 1 additional minute until fragrant.
Combine eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour egg mixture in a large bowl and fold in bacon bits, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.
Bake egg bake at 350F 20 minutes then remove from oven and top with additional cheddar. Continue baking egg bake 10-15 minutes until set.
Allow egg bake to cool slightly then cut into slices and serve warm. Enjoy!
