NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN

1. In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Place boneless skinless chicken thighs in buttermilk and allow to marinate at least 1 hour.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

3. Add chicken to flour mixture and evenly coat in breading. Let sit in flour 10 minutes.

4. Spray both sides chicken thighs and the grate of a 4-qt air fryer with pan spray.

5. Air fry chicken at 400F 10 minutes, flipping thighs halfway through cooking. Repeat with remaining chicken.

6. In a small bowl, whisk cayenne pepper, light brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and vegetable oil together until smooth.

7. Brush sauce evenly over both sides of hot fried chicken
