- Yukon gold potatoes - Unsalted butter - Garlic - Heavy cream - 2% or skim milk - Chives
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring potatoes to a simmer then reduce heat to medium-low and let cook until potatoes are tender.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and let cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
