Ginger Lemon Grilled Chicken

 - Boneless skinless chicken thighs - Lemon juice - Soy sauce - Ginger - Garlic - Parsley - Olive oil

Make the marinade


In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, parsley, salt, and pepper, together until combined.

Marinade chicken


Place chicken in a sealable bag and pour marinade over top. Seal bag and marinate chicken in fridge at least 2 hours or up to 12.

Prep chicken for grill


Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

Grill chicken


Grill chicken over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until chicken registers 165F on a kitchen thermometer.
