Grilled Chipotle Steak Tacos

Make the chipotle marinade and marinate steak 1 hour.

Make the charred corn salsa and store in fridge.

Remove steak from marinade and grill to desired doneness. Rest steak and thinly slice.

Assemble tacos on warmed corn tortillas and top with cotija cheese.
