- A rich and fudgy texture - The perfect amount of rich chocolate flavor - Minutes to make and so much better than jarred hot fudge
- Granulated sugar - Honey - Cocoa powder - Heavy cream - 2% or skim milk - Bittersweet chocolate - Vanilla extract - Salt
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, honey, cocoa, heavy cream, and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and allow to simmer 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove sauce from heat and whisk in chocolate, vanilla, and salt until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
Allow hot fudge sauce to cool slightly then serve over ice cream or store in refrigerator until ready to use. Warm sauce before serving. Enjoy!
