- Pasta - Butter - Parmesan cheese - Lemon - Dill
Cook pasta in lightly-salted boiling water until pasta is nearly al dente. Reserve 2 cups of cooking water, drain pasta, and set aside.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, swirling pan occasionally until butter is a deep golden brown.
Add 1 cup pasta cooking water and bring to a simmer. Add 2 tablespoons butter, stirring well after each addition.
Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan to pan and continue to cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened and creamy. Add a few splashes of extra pasta water to thin sauce as needed.
Remove pasta from heat and fold in fresh dill, salt, and freshly-ground pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
