- Diced tomatoes - Spices - Milk - Vegetable oil - Cheddar cheese - Pepper jack cheese
In a Dutch oven or medium pot, brown ground meat and onions in oil until no longer pink. Add spices and garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add pasta, beans, tomatoes, milk, whipping cream, and water to pot and bring to a low simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer 10-15 minutes.
Once pasta is tender and most of liquid is evaporated, remove from heat and add cheddar and pepper jack cheese.
Stir mac and cheese until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve mac and cheese warm.
