1. Saute garlic in olive oil until very lightly browned.
2. Add mascarpone and milk to skillet and cook 3-5 minutes over medium heat until thickened.
3. Cook orzo pasta (or your favorite shape!) according to package instructions.
4. Add cooked orzo, smoked salmon, cooked asparagus, parsley, lemon juice, and zest to skillet.
5. Stir pasta occasionally over medium heat 3-5 minutes until heated through.
Incredibly creamy, packed with spring flavors, and on the dinner table in only 40 minutes!
