Smoked Salmon Quiche


Arrange smoked salmon and asparagus in bottom of tart shell.

Step 1

Whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg and pour over top.

Step 2

Top with fresh chives and grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 3

Bake quiche at 375F 35-40 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is set.

Step 4

Allow quiche to cool, then slice into wedges and serve.
