Zucchini Brownies

- Granulated sugar - Dark chocolate - Coconut oil - Eggs - Vanilla extract

- All-purpose flour - Cocoa powder - Baking soda - Kosher salt - Zucchini

Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk sugar, melted chocolate, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Mix liquid ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix dry ingredients

Add flour mixture to liquid mixture with shredded zucchini and fold until batter is just combined.

Mix batter

Bake brownies at 350F 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs sticking to it. Allow brownies to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
