Ingredients

Basic Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Orange Ginger Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Vinaigrette:

  • 1 tablespoon roasted crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Raspberry Basil Vinaigrette:

  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil

Curry Apple Honey Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

Basic Vinaigrette:

  1. Whisk vinegar, mustard, and syrup until smooth. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly until vinaigrette is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette:

  1. Omit the white vinegar and the agave syrup. Add balsamic vinegar and maple syrup to vinaigrette ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Orange Ginger Vinaigrette:

  1. Reduce vinegar down to 2 tablespoons and omit agave syrup. Whisk orange juice and ginger into vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Vinaigrette:

  1. Whisk roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese into vinaigrette ingredients.

Raspberry Basil Vinaigrette:

  1. Omit agave syrup and whisk raspberry jam and basil into vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.

Curry Apple Honey Vinaigrette:

  1. Omit agave syrup and white vinegar. Whisk curry powder, apple cider vinegar, and honey into vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.
