Ingredients

  • 3 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 3 cups grapes halved
  • 2 oranges peeled and diced
  • 3 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh diced pineapple
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger

Instructions

  • In a large serving bowl, combine all fruit. Set aside.
  • Make the dressing: In a small saucepan, bring sugar, lime juice, and ginger to a simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Pour cooled dressing over fruit salad and toss to combine. Chill salad until ready to serve. Enjoy!
