Dark Chocolate Snickerdoodle Homemade Peanut Butter

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar


  1. Place roasted peanuts in a food processor. Process on high speed 1-2 minutes until peanuts break down into a creamy peanut butter.
  2. Add finely chopped dark chocolate, spices, vanilla, and agave nectar. Process peanut butter an additional 1-2 minutes until chocolate is melted and peanut butter is smooth and creamy. Store peanut butter in a mason jar. Enjoy!
