Baked with tender apples, tons of chai spices, and covered in an apple cider glaze, this baked apple chai french toast is one fall breakfast you don't wanna miss out on!
In a large bowl, whisk milk, cream, eggs, agave, vanilla, and chai spice until smooth. Dip bread pieces in egg and then place overlapping in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Drizzle any remaining egg mixture over top of bread.
In a medium skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat until melted. Add apples to pan and saute several minutes until apples are just beginning to soften. Arrange apples around french toast in pan.
Bake french toast at 350F 20-25 minutes or until top is golden and liquid is set. Remove from oven and cool slightly
In a small bowl, whisk glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over french toast and serve warm!
