1cupfresh or frozen blueberriesif using frozen, do not thaw
Glaze:
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1-2tablespoonshalf and half cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth. Gently fold in oats and blueberries until just combined.
Scrape oatmeal mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 350F 20-25 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk all glaze ingredients together until drizzling consistency. Drizzle glaze over cooled baked oatmeal and serve immediately. Enjoy!
