Maple Browned Butter Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
Roasted in flavorful browned butter and maple syrup, these crispy sweet potato wedges only need a handful of ingredients to make and they go so perfectly with any meal!

- 4 medium sweet potatoes cut into 2-in wedges
- 1/4 cup butter browned
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Toss sweet potatoes with butter, maple syrup, spices, rosemary, and pecans until combined. Spread into an even layer on a greased baking sheet, laying sweet potatoes cut-side down.
Roast sweet potatoes at 425F 20-25 minutes until sweet potatoes are golden-brown and tender. Enjoy!
