Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes cut into 2-in wedges
  • 1/4 cup butter browned
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Toss sweet potatoes with butter, maple syrup, spices, rosemary, and pecans until combined. Spread into an even layer on a greased baking sheet, laying sweet potatoes cut-side down.
  • Roast sweet potatoes at 425F 20-25 minutes until sweet potatoes are golden-brown and tender. Enjoy!
