1cupcoconut sugaror brown sugar
1cupunsweetened applesauce
2large eggs
1/2cupmelted coconut oil
1tablespoonvanilla extract
1-1/4cupswhite whole flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
2teaspoonsground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonground nutmeg
1/4teaspoonground cloves

Cream Cheese Frosting
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2-3tablespoonshalf-and-half cream
Ground cinnamon for topping
Instructions
Make the cake: Grease a 9x13 baking pan and preheat oven to 350F. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk sugar, applesauce, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Fold flour mixture into liquid until batter is just combined.
Spread batter into prepared pan and smooth top. Bake cake at 350F 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake completely on a wire cooling rack.
Make the frosting: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Beat in cream by the tablespoon until frosting is smooth and spreadable.
