Garlic Butter Monte Cristo Pull-Apart Sliders
Servings 12 servings
- 1 batch Overnight Dinner Rolls prepared according to recipe instructions OR 1 dozen pre-made dinner rolls.
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 9 slices sliced turkey lunch meat
Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan. Split dinner rolls horizontally in half and place bottom half in prepared baking pan. Set top half aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Layer sliced cheese and turkey over bottom cut half of dinner rolls. Brush with half of melted butter mixture. Carefully invert top half of dinner rolls over cheese and meat filling. Brush remaining butter over top of dinner rolls. Cover pan with foil.
Bake sliders at 375F 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden and cheese filling is melted. Remove from oven and serve pull-apart sliders hot!
