Peanut Butter Nutella Granola

Very addicting crunchy granola with a double-delight of chunky peanut butter and smooth Nutella.

  • 6 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 300 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, wheat bran, cinnamon, and salt. In a small saucepan over medium heat, slowly heat peanut butter, Nutella, and maple syrup until smooth and liquid-y. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour liquid mixture over oat mixture and gently stir until liquid is incorporated into the dry.
  • Divide granola between prepared baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Allow granola to cool 10 minutes before using.


Store granola in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks.
