Skinny Peanut Butter Banana Milkshakes

Now you can indulge in a milkshake that's actually good for you! These peanut butter banana milkshakes have only half the calories found in a regular milkshake and taste totally decadent. Top these creamy milkshakes with whipped cream and lots of chocolate syrup!

  • 5 medium ripe bananas cut into 1-in pieces and completely frozen
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • Whipped cream and chocolate syrup for serving optional


  • Place frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, yogurt, milk, and coconut sugar in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until smooth and lumps disappear, stirring if necessary.
  • Spoon milkshake into serving glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup if desired. Serve immediately


Store milkshake in freezer up 5 days. Let soften at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
