  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 4 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • Extra berries for garnish optional


  • In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve smoothie in individual glasses and garnish with extra berries if desired.


Smoothies are best if eaten immediately after making.
