Homemade Fudge Pops

You'll be amazed how much these easy fudge pops taste like the real thing! Rich, creamy and decadent, these popsicles are always a huge hit!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup xylitol or sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in xylitol (or sugar) cornstarch, cocoa, and whipping cream until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk a little at a time until mixture is smooth.
  • Return to medium-high heat, whisking frequently until pudding is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  • Cool pudding slightly then fill into popsicle molds. Freeze fudge pops until completely solid, a few hours.

Notes

Store fudge pops in freezer up to 1 week.
