This cozy oatmeal has a luscious swirl of cinnamon glaze and is generously topped with crumbled oatmeal cookies. Your morning oatmeal will never be boring again!

1/4cupcoconut sugaror brown sugar
1/2cupcrumbled oatmeal cookiesabout 2 cookies
Milk for serving
In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring water and salt to a boil. Once water is boiling, quickly whisk in oats and reduce heat to low. Stir constantly for about 1 minute or until oatmeal is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and cover.
In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
Ladle hot oatmeal into bowls. Drizzle with cinnamon-glaze and top with cookie crumbs. Serve oatmeal hot with milk.
Oatmeal is best if eaten immediately after making.
