  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium banana cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1-3/4 cups coconut milk


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
