Oven-Roasted Broccoli with Lemon + A Cookbook Giveaway
There's so much flavor loaded into this lemon-roasted broccoli, eating your veggies will never be boring again! Ready in 15 minutes and an ideal spring side dish.
Servings 4 servings
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Place broccoli florets on a grease baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and toss with minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Bake broccoli at 400F 10-12 minutes or until fork-tender. Remove from oven and toss with lemon juice. Serve broccoli warm.
