Grilled ranch-marinated chicken, a rainbow of fresh veggies and lots of ranch dressing collide in this simple, flavor-loaded chopped salad. ---soon to be your new favorite summer salad!

1/2cupHidden Ranch Avocado Ranch dressing
4cupschopped romaine lettuce
1large sweet pepperdiced
1cupsugar snap peas
1navel orangepeeled and diced
1avocadopitted and diced
1/2cupcrumbled feta cheese
Additional ranch dressing
Place chicken breasts in a medium bowl and pour ranch dressing over top. Place bowl in refrigerator and let chicken marinate 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium-high heat, turning occasinally until juices in chicken run clear, about 10-15 minutes. Once chicken is cool enough to handle, slice chicken into bite-sized strips.
In a large bowl, toss lettuce, spinach, tomato, pepper, snap peas, orange, avocado, pecans, feta cheese, and chicken until combined. Drizzle additional ranch over salad and toss to coat. Serve salad immediately.
