3largeeggs, lightly beaten
1/2cupcoconut sugar (or brown sugar)
3cupsold-fashioned rolled oats
2mediumapples, peeled, cored, and diced into 1-in cubes
1-2tablespoonshalf and half cream
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves salt, baking soda and baking powder until smooth. Gently fold in oats, apples, and pecans until just combined.
Scrape oatmeal mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 350F 20-25 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
In a small bowl, whisk all glaze ingredients together until drizzling consistency. Drizzle glaze over cooled baked oatmeal and serve immediately. Enjoy!
