Baked Brie with Cherry Tomatoes

This brie is...

- Baked until perfectly melty alongside jammy cherry tomatoes. - Topped with fresh herbs and served with toasted crostini. - Comes together in minutes and is perfect for an easy and fancy app!


- Brie cheese - Basil - Oregano - Garlic - Cherry tomatoes

- Balsamic vinegar - Olive oil - Dijon mustard - Honey - Crostini

Roast the tomatoes


Toss cherry tomatoes with garlic, oregano, olive oil, and balsamic in a square baking dish. Bake at 400F 10-15 minutes until tomatoes are softened.

Add the brie


Arrange brie in center of pan and drizzle honey over top. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the brie


Return pan to oven and bake brie  an additional 10-15 minutes until brie is soft when lightly touched in the middle and tomatoes are bursting.

Serve the brie


Top brie with fresh minced basil and serve immediately with toasted crostini for dipping. Enjoy!
