Bang Bang Tofu

Ingredients

- Mayonnaise - Chili sauce - Hot sauce - Honey - Extra-firm tofu

- Cornstarch - Garlic powder - Smoked paprika - Scallion - Pan spray

Make the sauce

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, and honey until smooth. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate.

Air fry the tofu

Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Lay tofu in a single layer in air fryer and air fry at 400F 10-12 minutes until crispy, shaking basket halfway through baking.

Coat tofu with sauce

Immediately transfer tofu to a large bowl and toss with sauce and sliced scallions until evenly coated in sauce. Serve tofu immediately while warm and enjoy!
