Gochujang Steak

- Gochujang - Vegetable oil - Rice wine vinegar - Soy sauce - Sesame seeds

- Honey - Garlic - Skirt steak - Green onions


In a small bowl, whisk gochujang, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Place steak in a sealable bag and pour marinade over top. Allow to marinate 2-12 hours.

Make marinade


Preheat a grill to 425F. Once grill is hot, place steak on grates and grill 3-4 minutes per side until steak reaches an internal temperature of 130-135F. Allow steak to rest 10 minutes.

Grill steak


Pour gochujang marinade into a small saucepan and simmer 3-4 minutes until reduced and slightly thickened.

Heat sauce


Thinly slice steak against the grain. Drizzle with gochujang sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve steak warm and enjoy!
