- Puff pastry - Heirloom tomatoes - Goat cheese - Garlic
- Olive oil - Egg white - Basil - Balsamic glaze
Unroll puff pastry and roll into a 10x10 inch square. Cut into 4 squares and arrange on a sheet pan. Fold edges over to create a border and prick centers with a fork. Bake at 400F 10 minutes.
Lightly press down tarts and arrange goat cheese, garlic, and tomatoes the center. Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil and brush edges with egg wash.
Bake tarts at 400F an additional 15-20 minutes until pastry is golden brown and tomatoes are tender.
Top tarts with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve warm and enjoy!
