Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to work butter into flour until crumbly.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and form into a 7-inch round. Place loaf in a greased cast iron skillet and use a sharp knife to cut an X in top.
