- Egg yolk - Granulated sugar - 2% milk - Cornstarch - Unsalted butter - Vanilla extract
- Greek yogurt - Whipped cream - Strawberries - Bananas - Blueberries
Heat egg yolk, sugar, milk, and sugar until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly then fold in yogurt and whipped cream.
Thread strawberries, bananas, and blueberries onto skewers.
