- A spicy chili butter roasted red pepper sauce - Tender pasta and green onions - Ready in 20 minutes with only 8 ingredients
- Pasta - Unsalted butter - Garlic - Red chili flakes - Harissa paste - Roasted red peppers - Parmesan - Green onions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water and drain pasta.
Melt butter in a medium pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add garlic and pepper flakes and let cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add harissa and roasted red peppers to butter mixture and bring to a simmer.
Transfer pepper mixture to a blender along with 3/4 cup pasta cooking water and puree until smooth.
Pour sauce back into pot and add pasta. Toss pasta over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes until sauce is clinging to pasta. Top with Parmesan and green onions and serve. Enjoy!
