- Soy sauce - Rice wine vinegar - Honey - Vegetable oil
In a large bowl, combine white beans, red onion, roasted red peppers, mint, and basil.
In a small bowl, whisk miso, rice wine vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. Slowly drizzle in oil until dressing is smooth.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine. Season salad with salt and pepper to taste.
Marinate salad in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
