Sweet Potato Casserole

- Sweet, buttery mashed sweet potatoes - A crunchy brown sugar pecan streusel topping - Easy to prep ahead of time for holiday dinners

This casserole features...

- Sweet potatoes - Unsalted butter - Brown sugar - Eggs - Vanilla extract

- 2% or skim milk - Ground cinnamon - Kosher salt - All-purpose flour - Chopped pecans


Place sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer sweet potatoes 10-15 minutes until tender.

Cook sweet potatoes


Drain sweet potatoes and mash well until smooth. Fold in butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and salt until evenly combined.

Mash sweet potatoes


In a small bowl, combine flour, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.

Make pecan streusel


Spread sweet potatoes in an even layer in a 9-inch baking dish. Top with streusel and bake casserole at 350F 20-25 minutes until a light golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
