- 2% or skim milk - Active dry yeast - Egg - Honey - Kosher salt - Bread flour
- Egg white - Brown sugar - Unsalted butter - Ground cinnamon
Activate yeast by dissolving in warm water. Mix in milk, honey, egg, salt, flour, and butter. Knead dough until smooth and elastic and let rise until doubled in size.
Punch risen dough down and turn onto a floured surface. Roll dough out into a 9x13 inch rectangle.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut rectangle into 15 even squares. Place dough squares on parchment paper-lined sheet pans and allow rolls to rise until doubled.
Brush risen rolls with egg white wash and bake at 350F 18-23 minutes until rolls are golden brown.
