- Basil pesto - White vinegar - Honey - Olive oil - Orzo
- Cucumber - Red onion - Mozzarella - Basil - Heirloom tomatoes
In a small bowl, whisk together pesto, vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook orzo in salted boiling water until tender. Rinse well in cold water until cooled and transfer to a large bowl.
Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, mozzarella, and basil to orzo in bowl.
Drizzle pesto dressing over top and toss well to evenly coat salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
