- Button mushrooms - Butter - Shallot - Garlic - Cream cheese
- White cheddar - Pimentos - Basil - Oregano - Panko
Wash mushrooms well and remove the stems. Arrange in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
In a small skillet over medium heat, sauté shallot in butter until tender. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pimentos, white cheddar, basil, oregano, and shallot mixture.
Stuff mushrooms with cream cheese filling and top with panko breadcrumbs.
Bake mushrooms at 375F 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
